SLIDE

 

SLIDE is a 2-3 hour dance-acrobatics workshop.

With different movement exercises conscience about body weight will be taught in order to use it for soft movements.

The aims of this dance-acrobatics workshop is…

…to find the playfulness in lifting the body with hands and feed

…the learning of different dance-acrobatic movements

…the simplification of difficult movements such as handstands

 

A group choreography will be the closure of the workshop.
